HONG KONG EATS OUT

If you ever go to Hong Kong, one thing you must understand, is that food is really important there. It's what you talk and think about from breakfast until midnightsnack. So during my last stay I let myself be informed by my cousin about about the latest food-hypes:

Gong-Cha's Specialities are so-called "bubbletea" drinks. Those are sweet tea-based drinks, usually with some kind of jelly or gummy-pearls inside. The above picture is their famous milk-tea drink with tapioca pearls! Yummy! There is also a chain called Hui Lau Shan, which is known for it's similar mango-based drinks. These drinks are a major trend especially for youngsters and there is a discussion going on concerning it's harmfullness which is quite similar to the discussion in europe about energy drinks.
Frojo fiiiinally jumped across the Pacific and made it to Hong Kong where it is welcomed with many watery mouths (including mine!). There are a few different chains which sell Frojo, but my cousin (who has checked them ALL out) swears that this place called CRUMBS is the best. The only question is: When, oh when will Frojo come to Zurich?!!!
